Abstract

This letter comments on Graham Kidd’s review of my 2024 book: Do We Survive Our Biological Death? A Rational Examination. Some factual inaccuracies and misrepresentations of my views are pointed out.

Author Biography

  • Prof. Yew-Kwang Ng, Monash University

    Yew-Kwang Ng is an emeritus professor in the Department of Economics, Monash University, Australia and part-time professor of Peking University. He is a jubilee fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia and a member of Advisory Board, Global Priorities Institute, Oxford University, 2018-23. In 2007, he received the highest award (Distinguished Fellow) of the Economic Society of Australia. He was invited to deliver the inaugural Atkinson Memorial Lecture at Oxford University in 2018.  He has published more than 30 books and 300 refereed journal papers in economics, biology, mathematics, philosophy, psychology, etc.
